Should you buy dumps that’s in your region from smaller banks or more known big banks?!
My other question is should you buy dumps from bins that’s issued out from the banks that’s around your region for better approve?!

I've heard that Chinese cards have no region lock, but they are hella expensive for that reason. You could go the local credit union route, I'm still trying that but I'm unable to hit above $100. I'm using jstash, seems like I might be hitting shitty bases. Thinking of switching over to vendta, I think jstash is to big and all the high rating motherfuckers are taking all the good bins.
