Dumps with pins are hard to get.
101's probably 99% a scam unless you're really dealing with someone who is or has a team of people doing this for them.
You can write with that MSR just fine, MSR will write any track data no matter what type of card 201 or 101.
D+P for 201 cards are possible to find on this forum from a few people I've seen, not gonna name drop because I don't have their permission just yet but you would have to find non-emv atm's near you to cashout.

You can write a 201 on a 101 card but u still have to jam it

first of all that D + P is bullshit, why sell when you can go get the cash yourself its dumb its all scam there, and as for the 101 there pretty much gone, its very rare but you can check on jstash for dumps but they not cheap
