anyone have any issues sending multiple payments from different wallets into anonymix?

anybody had dealings with these people? i sent them btc to tumble over 3 days ago. the blockchain records show it transferred. they still don't confirm it and my btc is in limbo.
please, need help. has anybody had this problem with them or other mixers before?
