one more question please,
how works auto vbv BINs? VBV is activated/triggered from some amount of money you want to charge victim's card? I do not get it.
Reset vbv bins by zip code, DOB or last ssn 4 , I understand how it works.

I used hsbc in uk and chase in us

Netherlands is vbv. You can only use on non vbv sites.

Maybe check all country all bins with dead cc
