The essence of the scheme:
You put the goods for sale in one of the marketplaces, which must necessarily be PayPal payment (stick). After the sale of goods the site asks to enter Track Number. In the track number must be specified state and city of the buyer. Delivery within the U.S. is usually up to 1 week, you can find track number with delivery in 3 days or 24 hours. The cache comes to the stick within 3 days, after the status of "delivered".
What if the buyer files a complaint?
Palka sided with the sellers and guarantees for the palka is only the track number. There are cases where they entered overdue track number and still palka gives payment, that's their policy and it still works.
Where to Get Track Numbers?
Track numbers sell for 1500r on Telegram. (I do not recommend it).
