Most of them are scams. The only way to know legit ones is through forums like this. For instance if you go under CC thread you will see shops advertising. Then you read the comments under the thread. Keep in mind they can give their selves fake reviews using fake accounts. So also check date the account joined the forum. If the date is less than a month then the review might be fake
