Anyone can enlighten me why people still buy EU cards?They are all enrolled to 3DS2.0 service? Even if you have OTP you still fail and second authorization?
Any example will be great just to kill my curiosity.

Most of time EU/ASIA card return no avs

there are some merchants where eu bins are like gold. you just have to find out which those are through trial and error.
