Okay okay. How come when i try to send money to a friend using a linked prepaid sometimes it goes to the add payment method screen even though my card was already linked.

Yeah exactly why does it pop up if card was added... i have the same issue i had some workrate with paypal that had payment history and it was banging very well. But since this account been frozen because of chargeback i made with fullz that never been used on pp and it sends me eberytime to add payment method when it was already attached. Anyone knows the answer? I guess its all about payment history on account

sending money directly is basically the most high-risk action for an account.
It looks like the system doesn't trust you - maybe your location (or IP) has changed, maybe there is trust issues on the receiving side.

if it's a fresh account, it might help to let it cool down for a while (like a 4-5 days or even more)
than do some actions to warm cookies - occasionally login and upload picture/add ssn, or even add it to apple/gpay if you are using phone etc. like if you are gonna use it for various things.
if you still have some difficulties afterall you can spent somewhere couple of $$$ in a trusted mechant and let it cool down for a few hours.

maybe they didn't fully process refund was made with your account or something
