first you must have a proxy with the desired IP, then you download the FoxyProxy extension and configure it, it's really easy.

I liked 911.re but thats down also ..do you guys have any other suggestions for good socks softwares ?
the proxy bullshit is complicated ive tried pias5 wid proxifer cant seem to get it to work i tried vaniship none of them have a simple set up like 911 they all complicated
