You cannot encode the emv chip because to do that you must know the arcq encryption which only federal people do. The only way cards are cloned is by the mag strip but a shimmer can steal track 1 or 2 data from an emv by many ways but the most common way is to use a nfc scanner which tricks the emv chip by sending APDU commands that tricks the emv card that you are a pos machine and giving you data or POS machines that are exploted which run malware to steal track data right from the source.
in conclusion EMV chip cards cannot be encoded or decoded
it is either the NFC or POS machine being targeted to get that data
and only a mag stripe is used to actaully faciliatte this data
any EMV software such as X2 is a scam and a trojn horse that steals your data and exploites your device

if you need to write a dump the only way is to use the DEFTUNE software that is created by the makers of the MSRX6 which is the best and most popular device to write track 1 and 2 on all cards.
NOTE that there is no such thing as EMV chip encoding or decoding and all software is a scam
the only way dumps are written is by the mag stripe and DEFTUNE software is free on there website.
