Punishment from 2 warning points to 7 days of ban.

<li>Cashout D+P</li>
<li>Selling skimmers</li>
</ul>To offer this services you need to pay for advertising and get verification of your stuff.
4. Begging is prohibited, unless the author of the topic has indicated a distribution voluntarily.
5. Prohibited to sale methods and articles.
6. Forbidden to sell any product that relates at least somehow to the CIS countries.
