Yeah cause to make a transfer you need NETCODE and its sent to that number which is attached to the drop if somehow you can manage a number or virtual number which can recieve sms then you can change it and use it outside AU

though you can use LBC localbitcoin for cashing out AU accounts using cardless cash option on it

I could only do it in AUS perferably but i can always mail u the Card + Sim so yea....
