verification is easy why he needs accounts? he can't open a new account and verify it?
and is there a limit for deposits now in localbitcoins? because i have my account there verified since 4 years ago with no problems.

Localbitcoin accoutn can be loaded if it has good trade volume,ID Verified and good feedback score,account is used to scam btc sellers on lbc website and there is big money to be made if profile is good
