Because I cannot use it.
It can't be used on the website I use most of my cc's on, because it no longer accepts the card brand, therefore I'm looking for one that will work., preferably AMEX.

You do realize that VBV applies to Visa cards only, right? If you meant non-3DS AMEX (non Safekey) then state that.
