Pretty excited honestly, I just ordered a card encoder. I have what I believe to be some good sources for track 1 + 2 with a pin so i an hopefully encode some cards and withdraw it right at an outside ATM where I can cover my face. If anyone else has track 1 +2 and matching pins for cards and want to cash them out like this I'm more than happy to work up a deal with you. Heh, well, if that's what it boils down to I guess I'm prepared for that. Successfully received the encoder earlier today. Made a t1+t2 and pin info purchase from Tochka for 150 and was able to get out the daily max of 1,500. The ATM receipt says there's still a bit in there, just shy of 1,000. I'm going to shoot over to a different town in the morning with another card I just made with info from that same vendor. I'm going to max withdraw this new information and see if I can't get that other 1,000 out of the first account but it's more than likely going to blocked tomorrow but we'll see.
As far as jail, I'm pretty sure I saw something that would've been posted about 6 years ago by Ross Ulbricht that said something to the effect of "The products are there, the people are there, and the money's there. It's all there for whoever has the balls to take it". Whether that's an accurate quote or paraphrase, I agree. At this stage in the online world, we know how to be safe. We know how to use drops, we know how to vet vendors to try to determine real from a scam, we know how to maximize our anonymity. Having a degree in Cyber Security I do have a slight bit of confidence in myself though out this venture. With that being said, I don't want to test my theory there but I am without a doubt prepared to go down for it when the time comes.

Correction Tochka is a market of ripper and scammer , one vendor sell at least 500 stuff when he don't sell something . how can pple can get ripped inside that kind of market nowadays ?

A lot of US banks are using the chips as well, but there's definitely one's that don't. I'm sure if you wrote the data to a card with a strip you can use a knife to fuck up the chip so it won't work and at a place like walmart you'll dip the chip in 3 times with it failing each time and then you'll be able to swipe it. I know that's the case with a personal card of mine with a fucked up chip. Chip won't work in a pos what so ever yet I can do that to make purchases, and it still let's me use it in atm. I don't know if that's because the ATM is able to read the chip when the POS can't but I believe it gives up on the chip after it sees that it doesn't work and decides that it needs to read data from the stripe instead.
