Guests checked in ok and he was screaming for payent straight after check in, i paid him for both. Both got cancelled and on saturday hosts stormed places, in one asking for full payment or police be called (people paid full ammount) second one they just kicked my guests. Kokoforsure only refunded me for one claiming that tools cost him and my guests got two days of the stay for the apartment. I explained him that i have not received service that i have paid for therefore he has to refund money in full or call the host so he takes my gusts back to the apartment. He is refusing. Clearly he do not cares about rat status (see logs) and that explains a lot about him. Thank you for your time. I booked two apartments for this Rabbit without a brain. the first apartment started 30th April- 3rd May. they check-in successful and he asked me if I can book another starting 1st-4th may I said Okay. I booked the second apartment successfully and I sent it to him. he paid for all. Unfortunately, the second apartment got canceled on 2rd may which is the Sunday after the guests have check-in on 1st of may then I agreed I will refund it because I know Airbnb payout host within 24hours of check-in and he told me they paid the host with cash which he showed the proof. then the first apartment got canceled but without any refund from Airbnb back to the card I used. They just email the first apartment host about the cancellation and Airbnb has paid the host already which I know very well. He asked for a refund for that also I said no. show me proof that guests at the first apartment paid the host like the second apartment guests. because his guests have used 3 days free at the apartment and they were supposed to check out on the 3rd of May. He cannot provide proof and he wants to threaten me. I apologize to him but he doesn't want to listen. I think he's trying to play his game with me. SHOW ME A PROOF the first apartment guests pay the host and I will contact the host as well to confirm it. |
I have proofs that i paid YOU for service witch my guests did not received. Easy as that. lets wait for moderator to bring conclusion to this. Do not stress and send insults, that is not helping you. |

look at the proof here. A request by host asking for money after the guests checkout they actually damage and stole many things in the apartment. if the host were actually not paid. why is he asked for money for damages? |

Reason for them being kicked out is problems with airbnb account and that is clearly seen in our chat history. Guests for this apartment were not asked to pay, but i paid you for service witch my guests did not received. Simple as that. I allready told you that it was his daughters birthday so do not pretend you don't know that. If they kicked out the guest before check out date, That means there was a chargeback, it doesn't matter if the guest used 1 or 2 days out of the actual 3 days. your services still didnt complete and you also need to think about the inconvenience you caused the guest as well. |

You need to refund him for the total duration of his stay. The client was inconvenienced and also put in a very embarrassing situation. The terms of your agreement were 3 days not day by day. The fact that you want the client to pay you for the days he stayed is ridiculous and a clear indicator you don’t know what you are doing. The customer comes first ALWAYS a pitty you don’t see that |

@Mak he didn't provide any proof his guests paid the host the 3 nights. I already asked him to send me his bitcoin wallet to refund one night the guests didn't use it but he refused. if you check our conversation really well. they are two bookings I refunded the other one fully because his guests were just spending one night and he provided proof they paid the host. |

@mak proof that his guests paid the host after 2 nights spent in the house. the host was paid by Airbnb that is why he didn't ask them to pay because no host will allow the guests to leave without collecting payment for the two nights. he was actually following Airbnb rules that is why he asked them to leave the house. |

I'm not here to fight or rip people. you need to understand the reality here and you cannot provide proof that your guests paid the host before they were asked to leave. did you know they stole things in the apartment and broke things also? you have threatened and bullying me with that I'm still here to make peace. The last time I made an honest impartial comment @www gave me an infraction for what I do not know. I did not call any member names or make any insults directed at any particular member but here I go again. @kokoforsure @mak if PrivatnO resells this service which I'm sure he has and his guests got kicked out because the booking was not done properly or there was some unforeseen issue and his guests paid him for 3 nights and they stayed one night it is obvious he has to repay the guests for the entirety of their stay. air bnb's policy has nothing to do with the fact that he had to repay the guests. if I buy a meal and halfway eating it I realized half of my food was not properly cooked, do you expect me to pay for the half I ate? of course not! the member has trusted him with the safety and comfort of his clients and he did not fulfill the terms of the arrangement and it is not only common courtesy that he repays him but it is his right to do so as a vendor. I hope this situation is resolved in your favor @privatnO but you never know with these things. cheers |
