you can't make high transaction without arqc ... some transaction bypass arqc (small amount ) to proced and some transaction request arqc to proced to arpc . it's not the matter of *.ist or something else . if you can't use arqc generation then nevermind emv

what does arqc mean ? i have 5 bins that some one gave me that suposably do 1k pluss but they keep declining

Stop waisting your time bro, i worked for moths with 4.1 and most arqc are just bullshit.
1- Buy the right software
2- Buy the right ARQC tool
3- En most importend thing is GUIDE FOR THE SOFTWARE AND TOOL
If u dont have the guide dont waist your time because i also hade that problem. Most people stopped working with emv because of the rippers who are selling shit software.
