No one will sell you +vbv cause they are freaking easy to cashout and very rare &amp; hard to get at the same time. I tried several providers in 4 years and all of them turned to be scammers or sold bullshit (most likely that they wern't able to cashout due to low bal or invalid data)
There was a legit seller of JP+VBV but he sold for $250, don't know if he is still around. That's been the only guy with real stuff I knew of.
