do china 201 work as good as they 101

All AMEX Centurion cards (black card) will allow you to do that. Whether or not the transaction goes through, however, depends on whether the merchant is high risk or low risk. Lookup bins for Centurion (I can't remember off the top of my head) and give it a shot. It is your best bet.
