When I started carding (not that long ago) I would come across forums where someone would list NON VBV bins so I would go looking for these bins, why cause they said they were NON VBV. Well very few ever were, and I've seen a few tutorials that explain how to determine if they are NON VBV, some really good ones too. Well I want to post the cards that i have bought and used showing if they actually pass VBV or MCSC.

I want to share a bin that worked for me on Dell.com
I started with the usual Scoks5 in the city, the exact city changed my mac address to same state at the least.
Clean everything, change the system time and had already made a gmail account in her name.
I did compare a few laptops and decided on a 900$ laptop, I didn't think it would even go through.
Went to checkout and I used all the information of the cardholder Name and Phone number and anything else but the address I changed, and it went through holy shit, but I fucked up and didn't pay attention to the fact that when I ordered a 900$ gaming laptop they had to add all the extras and it was 2 weeks out from shipping. So obviously it was cancelled, but it was like 3 days later, so long story short,
Try for next day air
Pay for and use a mail forwarding service

Does this method kill or charge the card?

I tried two BINs from those you say went through but they failed VBV page

People pasting bins they never tried with live cards!
Only way to know if the bin is 100% non vbv is to try with live cards as most dead cards will not bring the vbv/mcsc page

426684 is non vbv, I use it everyday.
