well we can start with using CC+CVV instore (PUNCH METHOD)
i got good connect that gives last 4 SSN and all and i can check the balances
so i call card and its GOOD money on the cards &amp; Im also In SAME CITY as cardholders to give better odds of approval, but when i go have them punch in the info
it declines...why is this?
note i was trying to buy VISA giftcards
and i tried two cards with 500$ on each
is that why it declines?

Alot of stores arent approving manual punch ins. So if it declines, it doesnt mean the piece dead it just means that store aint allowing the manual entry. Go to different stores.

Thanks for the response 1nf3rn0, I was thinking more of actual stores. I know to stay small but we the economy is going where the mom &amp; pop shops are closing because of the warehouse stores like Walmart and pretty soon, those will be closing because of online stores like Amazon. Not many small stops around.

if you want to punch in store, do not go to department stores. go to stores tailored to 1 thing only (jewelry,video games,perfumes, sneakers)
