Only the obvious apps are in service at the moment. For the participating bins, just Google "NFC card banks," and the skim the results for the names of the banks and translate to bins. Same with stores; just google "NFC stores accepted" and you can get a list from there.
The only hurdle is actually (by)passing the phone verification. Period.

Yes, you don't understand and yes there is app and not one of them.

i dont mind phone verification if its just talking. my hurdle is that the major apps are asking for email or text to the number on file, and even that is still a maybe. i heard of some bins where you dont need verification, but nobody seems to want to give those up.
