First of all, try to be respectful if you want to be treated in the same way.
Second, contact VClub via PM and try to solve it.
Third, If nothing was peacefully fixed open blacklist report.

this shop is wack and keeps uploading dead cc for a long time now
all I've been getting is dead cc from this guy refundable or non refundable all the same result
I tried to be patient with him but keep pushing dead cc after dead cc for far too long now
so stay away u been warned
