I DON'T KNOW WHY THE ADMIN IS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME RESET MY PASSWORD DESPITE PROVIDING PROOF AND HAVING 2FA ON MY ACCOUNT WITH BALANCE. IT'S SAD COS MY JABBER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED FOR NOT LOGGING IN OFTEN WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR ME RESET IT MYSELF.

I don't know why the admin doesn't want to help me reset my password despite providing him the necessary info in his PM.
