hi bro , plz fix this tickets , recently bought new cc again, and dead, open ticket in 3 mins and your support said no refund after 5 mins, but i show him screenshot, that i bought at 12.01 and open ticket at 12.04 and they repatadlyt said same message

another 2 cc is dead and its clearly sayd declined by bank in the screenshot, if its declined by bank how it says valid in checker, its already dead cards
