It is totally up to them if the admin wakes up feeling like it is a good day to scam he will scam you no matter what
If someday once in a blue moon he wakes up feeling good he will provide good support
This is the reality it is total gamble spending money on this shop and its 3rd class vendors
you dont even run the card through checker mate. I spotted it long ago when your support said "checker shows card is valid" and to my surprise it was not even showing "approved and completed" in its order page , it is stuck on "pending"
And when I went to post it here with proof your support deleted my entire tickets
