I think support needs to hire someone that can do maths, this is my third ticket about this issue. I opened and created ticket within 2 mins and even included the times, why is support convinced I post it late?
Bare in mind I stopped using Vclub in may since support was terrible at the time, gave it another chance in summer and it has been good and support has been good, my refund rate drastically dropped by 10 percentage and I’ve been depositing large amounts, but you see things like this here will be the reason I stop using the store. You can’t be scamming your customers, furthermore I only create tickets when the card is dead otherwise I’m not going to post a live card. Refund me and don’t cheat me. Now my deposit hasn’t arrived it’s a joke
