Can you create any scampage?

I bought a paypal scampage from the seller a while ago, all was good. The scampage was expensive in my pov but I think it was definitely worth it, there was an issue with it, the seller promptly fixed the issue. I would definitely buy from the seller again. I recommend.

I have made a few phishing websites before, but in my country it is automatically banned in a few days, I cannot use it.
In the country I live in, there are dozens of units established just to detect such sites.
How do you plan to overcome this?
