Many many dead cc's not refunded always submitted within 5 mins. imagine submitting 3 -5 cc for a refund and your support will refund 1 cc only.
after opened many tickets again again to ask them to refund those 2-3 cc not refunded they always close the ticket.

Can you make a public statement in regards to the state of affairs relating to the lack of support the past couple months?
I was a big time spender here and since moved to other shops like Bahira and wish to do continued business but until there is some kind of clarity i will not make another deposit here
