You're just copy pasting same replied in every refund ticket.
The card was sent within 2 mins and even the cvv number is wrong still you're not refunding.
This is a complete scam then.

You are been dishonest! I gave Vclub a + reputation in my early days of testing them (When FE, UNicc and Jstash) was busted. They good then but now they have gone to thrash. Dead CV, Expensive Nonrefundable and bad support.
