1-5) As you say this thread is for feedback. Their broken and scamming support aren't accountable for feedbacks? Sure you do not have influence on them but it seems you lack the authority even to tell them to fix it but continues to promote their stuff here with them taking 0 measure to fix their existing issues.
6) Yeah they are saint, doing their work with honesty and not bleaching their user's account balance by one way or another that's why they are banned literally everywhere RIGHT?
8) Some? it happens with their most seller, with their most bases with their most cards with their most material otherwise we wouldn't be getting 8 of 10 cards(nearly 80%) already blocked by bank on their same day bases all the time.
Our job is to do our work not trying to catch their each base being sold on other shops all the time.
As I see you claim us to keep buying from them despite all these to put cover on their behaviour. What else we supposed to do? we got balance there we got long running business with them before even they changed the people involved and started scamming, before they were not banned from everywhere.
I am not asking for refund nor have i spammed here with tickets. But they way you defend them and continue to operate them here, it seems you have business ties with them.

mak, what are you on about? That vclub are not scammers? They keep banning accounts without any reasonable issues, when you ask for reinstating, it will take forever for them to even reply to you. My account have been with them for several years and they did a 2FA authentication yet still I didn't request for it. This has been like forever, I still do not have my account back and I have funds on there.
Their updates are bad 90% of updates are bad and refund procedure is 1 out of 3 cards. Everybody and everywhere complain about Vclub, how come you are not seeing what potentially the majority sees? Come on dude, he's been banned on multiple forums.
