Believe it or not, if AVS is bad then card may still be used actually, but I understand your point.
Next time, try reading when proceeding to cart because if you did you would not have had this "problem". So what exactly should you have read? This:

Read my last post again please. Cards purchased from seller bases may have invalid and/or inaccurate names and addresses and may not pass AVS check.
This is clearly stated on the check-out/cart page:

CVV US price is $14/piece which is a product that I bought some.
The "non-refundable" type has a low valid rate (they claim to be 80-90% valid but actually only about 30%).
The "refundable" type have 3 minutes to check, those 3 minutes the checker can't report the results and the test time expires, the result is always "05" and of course the code " 05" will not refund for new users (those with a store deposit of less than $800), even though the card is clearly dead.
Complaining about the "05" error will result in your points being deducted and your account may be banned.
In general this store has very rotten rules, I invite you! =))
