Closing tickets responding with valid and check still showing as pending is ridiculous...

Can you check please nothing was checked support claim “checked and valid” nothing checked. 5 days and the first 9 cards I bought have not been checked completely I’ve been posting for days to get my cards checked most of us are honest buyers.
