Why Store Having So Much of issue Now a Days

Feedback: Shitty Support, never refunds until admin checks the ticket which rarely happens. 97% very bad bases in the shop except 2,3 bases which are there own bases.

Why are you only refunded for 1 card when you give 2 or more cards in a ticket? I can only see 2 options. Number 1 you are trying to scam your customers and think they will not notice when they have only been refunded for 1 of the cards they supplied in the ticket. Number 2 you have an idiot that is doing the support or maybe he needs new glases so he can see what we write?
I think it is the 5th time I write about this here but nothing is improved.
