Why is support so bad these days. I can’t even get refund for dead cc. They only check one card. And if you have multiple cards they just close the ticket. Now they are saying refunded. But money is not added back to balance. Please sort it out. Either get a checked so can auto check. Or get better support. Used to love this shop. It’s not so great anymore. Can you please add money back to my balance for refunded cards.
