Are you telling me that you found Telegram, Facebook and Instagram because of advertising?? Really? https://txgate.io/images/smilies/smile.gif We find such things accidentally, or our friends share it with us. As I've never seen any advertisement of Telegram. And there are lots of news and PR of Utopia on the web. |
Seriously? But I did not see an advertisement for Utopia, but at one time Telegram was very actively promoting through opinion leaders, bloggers and others. |
Utopia was also promoted on all the platforms and by enthusiasts in different niches. There are lots of youtube videos, blog posts, press releases, etc. It just depends on you. Like which news do you read on which topics and on which portals. |
Well, apparently I know little about advertising. =) Lol, but how to distinguish advertising from non-advertising? |
Advertisement usually looks like a PR article showing the best sides of the product, but not every time. It depends on many factors. In a case of Utopia, it seems that they've made a series of PR and then let it go on its own. Like active users can share it with friends or on their websites if they have any. I think they've even offered an award for that in their crypto. |
Hmm, we need to find out more about this issue. Because I persistently continue to believe that this is all done voluntarily.=) |
it is. They had no ICO and weren't looking for any investors. I believe they work for their idea of online anonymity, not to get some money or something. Even mining seems to be just an addition to all the other functions, which are main ones. |
And so it's worth noting that this is pretty unusual, right? How much faith is it worth in an idea to behave like this? Incredible! |
Well, I’m not very enthusiastic about it. I think that the developers of this ecosystem are quite experienced programmers who are well versed in the world wide web: surfnet, darknet or deepweb. They just wanted to create an independent ecosystem, free from indexing or control from giants like Google or Facebook. I think they made the project free because they don't need money. |
YES, in fact, if developers want to globalize the idea of a completely safe Internet space, where you can stop fearing that someone will follow you, then, indeed, such software should be made available to everyone. Because the very idea of paid freedom seems absurd. |
