I have to agree with most of these posts. Ticket system is terrible now. Mine always get closed now without any response. Also quality of cards has gone to shit. Vclub was #1 for a long time but now the cards they're selling are dead.

since the store came, i'm not sure if it's only me but i have never been able to pick a valid card
