I've been trying to recover my account for almost 3 months now, everytime i write support in jabber
its like maybe a damn auto reply only thing says is HI ! and always hours later, i write problem no reply back i wrote over 30 times and always reply of HI i write big detailed message of my problem and always just HI laters after just fix my accoount

i am change my password on vclub and after change password, its shown as incorrect password
i dont know which tool used for jabber for contact support
can anyone tell me, which software i have to use for jabber messenger ?

in my experience there was a dry period but vclub was not alone. All shops barely had work about 2 months ago and everything was decline or SUPER high. I'm just now tapping back in and I'm 2/3 all green with vclub (i havent opened the 3rd one). i was able to deposit just 2 days ago so as far as im concerned everything is working fine. i advise everyone not to buy from refundable bases because they are always shit and you all arent getting refunds anyways.
last but not least always verify your vclub link using this site to be sure you are using official links. i cannot speak for support as i have not had to contact them.

TRUE, same been happening with me.

Dont change password of account, once changed password, you no longer can access account
now i did same mistake and now i am struggle to contact support
because i dont know how to use jabber
and here vclud user not active from 1 week

LMAO they have just loaded all dead uk cc mastercard. all dead not one single one cc is live. they do it on purpose so you can keep checking cards. the so they can tell you that you have been checking too much. And trust me all the ccs is going dead. i have been on this site since friday not 1 cc is working . Dont buy from this site i promise you are wasting your time and wasting your money. Vclub is SCAM now
