vclub, your support guys now a days making my normal daily living day tough and tough every day, by manipulating or targeting me only for what?
Support member miss cards sometimes every day, 2,3 cards missed, i always have to take proper screenshot of 1st time given to prove my words
and sometime it gets too messy i cant even explain, i told in jabber also but you are not improving at all,
My refund is all okay just 71% it was 73% 3,4 days ago, i am getting my refund ratio down everyday still support people treat me like this
it was all good today but then 1 card is missed in one ticket , i told him iwth proper proof and screenshot still he kept on saying you are late you are late with no proper records.
then when i showed him again n again with proof he changed his words totally
