Dear admin, one more thing I need to tell which I pad $90 for registration fee and I bough 300cc at least, I never ask for a refund before . This time my pre-order cc is dead and I try to ask for refund for my first time .
I don't know why your support stated rude to me .

In my opinion, If I buy cc from a non-refund base, even I bought dead, my bl.
But I made the pre-order cc and I received a dead cc. It doesn't make sense right.
That is why I asking for just 1 cc refund
