One thing about the refund system you have setup
old bases SHOULD NOT affect your refund score as much as the new bases do
this is because obviously the old bases have old cards from weeks ago and are more prone to being dead or cancelled or card holder has more time to realize that their card has been compromised
Please fix accordingly dont want to leave shop for such foolish systems
