Hello my friend,
I have contacted support via jabber and created a ticket on youre website and I still can not get my issue resolved. I have been waiting for payment for quite some time now. Jabber support said the problem would be resolved days ago, the pack was delivered back on 12/18! Now I cant even get ahold of Jabber support. I have same username here as well as jabber and your website. I would like to keep working, and send packs of higher value but now im nervous to do so if this is how business is conducted. PLEASE HELP!!!

STILL waiting.
STILL having a hard time contacting support. (jabber support says create ticket via webstie, ticket via website says contact jabber support)

UPDATE: I finally got in touch with support and they told me that payment has been delayed because of new year. In my opinion, they should have posted both here, and on they're website that all payments would be delayed for WEEKS because of holiday. I finally received payment!!! Payment was the correct amount and all is good, time to get back to work!
