I have added support for 4days now and no response or help from support with my account, the only response i got form him after 2 days is that he will send my username to tech department and was quite ever since without any response. Pls you need to help me on my account getting active, as i just loaded btc and suddenly my account became inactive and unable to log in. I have been a long time member on this forum and dont deserve this.Please help on this
