That's not how it works.
It's common practice with any shop that you upload bases to sell and it's the shop's responsibility to ensure that the valid rate exceeds a certain level by checking the base.
That's done by selecting few random cards to check, which is exactly what we did.
If 10 randomly selected cards were all declined from two checkers with errors such as "closed account", "card number error" and "cvv mismatch", then there is no chance we will sell such base.

I knew about this store from the forum CarderPro I joined shop topped up over 3 confirmation have to contact admin to add after bought dead dump I leave him message
he say my card was not found in their database.
Store went down on Tor for a while I never retried his service.
I am surprised to see him here.

The reason for that is there was a space when you pasted the dump, which was realized a long time later. Anyway, glad you are surprised. You are welcome any time.

automatic top up after 3 confirmations.

Top up is automatic. In rare cases i.e. when the Tor network is congested, webhooks may fail and will require us to manually credit accounts. Failover method is on its way to deal with such cases.

We have more than enough material to push, but won't do that until checkers work 100% flawless.
We had disputes with a checker service, which we caught producing inconsistent/questionable results and connection issues.
Thus, we simply decided to swap it out for another more reliable checker, which we are currently implementing and testing.

Put shortly; TracieBabble signed up as a seller to sell their bases with us.
"The issue" is that we had different views on how the valid rate of a base should be determined.
We require high valid rates, at least 70%. The way we determine valid rates of bases is by selecting a number of random cards to check from provided bases, usually 10-25, depending on size.

Reviews sounded good, first card was a hit but I’m now 1 out of 6 just went through 5 dead cards.. missed the 3 min checker on 2 cards and other 2 cards checker approved but they didn’t even work on local food order with square… i tried local food orders with square right away before checking on all 5 cards so that was disappointing…
