However, in the case of Utopia p2p, this application does not require the use of any personal data, moreover, all information is stored in a cryptographic container only on the user's PC.

Moreover, no one could get access to it from another PC or without you providing the password. So it seems to be really nice level of encryption. I think that Utopia p2p devs were the first to build such a network that's impossible to hack.

I agree. The idea of storing all personal data in a cryptographic container only on the user's PC really guarantees a high level of data security. Also, the closed space of the ecosystem allows it to be free from any kind of blocking, for example, from the authorities.

Closed source doesn't mean it can or can't be blocked. At first, it means that no one could steal the idea as this blockchain was created especially for this project. And no one could create a similar alternative. There are several alt-tech competitors, but they're very limited in functions. So utopia remains unique in that niche.

Tor has been in the works and constantly updated and perfected since like the end of the 90s. Any alternative i2p/utopia/whatever does not have near the amount of users or rigorous testing Tor has and has had over the years. Sure, it isn't perfect. Nothing is. As far as using the internet anonymously, if you use proper opsec and configure your settings correctly you can't ask for better tech than tor.

Yes, you are right, but I am concerned about the fact that the Tor may soon be banned, as well as you can find a sufficient amount of malicious content there. That's why I'm trying to find a better alternative. Utopia p2p seems to be a promising project. In addition, it is slowly but surely developing.
