And no one could create a similar alternative. There are several alt-tech competitors, but they're very limited in functions. So utopia remains unique in that niche.

Tor has been in the works and constantly updated and perfected since like the end of the 90s. Any alternative i2p/utopia/whatever does not have near the amount of users or rigorous testing Tor has and has had over the years. Sure, it isn't perfect. Nothing is.
