This is my 2nd post with 2nd account on forum, AS THEY HAVE DIDNT HELP ME BEING THERE CUSTOMER FOR SO LONG, i am in shock that vclub, team can play so dirty about it.
I asked them help they didnt do anything after few days i saw my forum account has been banned, that means they clearly trying to hide the bitter truth of it i guess they are turning cheaters now as i see so much negative posts just now about vCLUB.
its my promise to you admins, i wont stop posting here you are being cheaters and i never want a cheater to keep pn cheating like that, after spending thousands of dollars with you , you indirectly said i am not a trusted user so here it is.

I don't know why this shop was always good to me on support level.
suddenly they stopped giving me refund for dead cards yesterday and talking NON SENSE WITH ME , first they replied me with NO REFUND FOR GOLD BASES to me whereas i was getting all refunds for dead cards even for gold bases i have all history with them my account stands pretty good history always spent hefty amounts on them.
Its not even about refunds for dead cards, the way they are replying to me in a very ridiculous way that they dont even care, now I DONT CARE. hence i am here posting review for it. i want clear answers for each and everything that why i was getting same base refund for dead cards in just after a second there support keep on saying no refund no refund.

You can still buy and ask for refund from simple bases.
But totally no refund for gold bases
