I am having a problem topping up my balance. The transaction still says pending but it's been almost a whole day. I've contacted support still no response

Server is down it gives error on every check.

site is up and running but no matter what i do i get:
Error while processing your request.
the only thing that works is the bin checker, but even that it takes the credit out of your account very slow.
admin does not respond to tickets.

Я так понимаю что сервис сломался.
Самое печальное то, что об этом не написано в новостях.
На тикеты нет ответа, или потому что много тикетов, или просто нет ответа, игнор.
Хороший был сервис, тучу времени экономил.
Что ж, придётся поюзать конкурентов, которые к счастью есть.
