Yes, for code 59 you can make a support ticket for card refund.
As our in house checker doesn’t allow code 59 to be refunded.

We have support team, they are not able to see seller tickets as they cannot process payouts, or help. It is managed by us. We weekly review sellers ticket. Appreciate your patience.
Support team manually process ticket refunds for users as well, which might be the reason of fluctuation in balance earnings.
