As one of unicc shop vendor, they are not for sure.
Unicc has been great source of cards to starting cc shop owner since they have an api to let other shop sell their cards.

I love uni since 2016.
But out of nowhere they gave us a 10 day notice to ''retire". then on the 10th day the domain was seized by government. thats strange.
