Was one of the private domains hijacked?

If I buy "Rent Sim" service for 1 week from ur shop. Will I b able to register new Whatsapp with that sim?
Secondly, sim that I rent frm ur shop, can someone rent same sim after my time of rent is over? Meaning will someone else can also use that sim after my use?
